the face of trouble

I don't remember John or Finn getting into as much trouble as Jamie at such an early age. Then again, it could just be that I don't remember.
He's not even 8 months and he's already discovered stair climbing and dish breaking.
This afternoon he got into my plants for an afternoon dirt snack - which apparently ties with paper as a favorite food. He has excellent instructors, though.
Clearly trouble is lots of fun.

don't I know it! Two days ago we lost a play telescope into the toilet, stomped in the dog water, attempted to climb the bookcase and well, chased the cat as fast as two little legs an go!

Sounds just like my Paddy Boy! Patrick, who will be three at the end of August, has added so many things to his crazy ways. His favorite thing is the raw egg toss, so our fridge is usually tied shut. If we ever forget, he knows it, and he's in there in a heartbeat! Gotta keep your eye on Paddy boy!

Another new favorite thing for Paddy Boy is going into the pantry, grabbing a few bags of microwave popcorn, putting them in the microwave, and hitting buttons until it starts.

He hasn't suceeded in popping a bag of popcorn yet, but if I am about 20 seconds late next time, he may have something going in there!

At least I can hear the beeps from all the buttons being pushed. But I'll bet any day now he'll do it when I'm out of the room for more than 2 seconds! He's determined!
