I made strawberry-rhubarb jam the other day, and it was my very first time canning. I have to say, I was a little bit intimidated at first, but it all turned out. All the jars sealed, and one's in the fridge for scones and toast.
Now I'm on the hunt for the next thing to can. My neighbor has a tree with ripe sour cherries...
