trick your kids, it's fun

I've been making popsicles for the kids from strawberry kefir.  They love it,

and they think I'm the coolest for letting them eat popsicles at all hours of the day.

Totally unrelated, other than that you can see it in the photo.
I've been reading the book Coop, by Michael Perry.  Entertaining, but I just wanted more homesteading stories.

You are the coolest ever! Great idea.

I do that with Prune Popsicle. If you dilute it with half water they go crazy!

I remember you not thinking it was funny when I fooled you with an "authentic" Irish dish one St. Paddy's Day.

Awwwwwwwww... but mom, I TOLD my kids it was kefir. But they apparently under the impression that something magical happens in the freezing process that turns the kefir into ice cream. I did not lead them to this belief, but I'm not going to burst their little bubble either. There's a difference. A big difference. ;)
