We had an action-packed weekend. Grandpa Doug came, we almost went to a chowder festival (can you imagine three little boys not spilling hot chowder in a packed, standing-room-only venue? So we stood in line for a few minutes until Daniel regained his sanity and then we went to a restaurant), got some major thrift store deals, played putt-putt golf, watched daddy hit 80-mph balls in the batting cage, went to Lego club, got tons of awesomeness from the library, enjoyed stormy weather cozily at home, drank copious amounts of tea, finished a knitting project, watched The Silver Chair (the BBC version, we finished reading the book a couple months ago)... and I could go on, but I won't. It was a lovely weekend with those lovely boys.
